Meet Our Team

My name is Avery Preddie, and I’m proud to be an Indiana native, the son of a veteran, and a Marine Corps veteran myself with nearly a decade of service. I’ve always been driven by a strong sense of duty, whether during my time in the military or now in my professional and personal life. Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m a devoted husband and father to four amazing boys, and our home wouldn’t be complete without our two dogs. We stay busy, but it’s the kind of busy that brings joy and purpose. I’ve been a soccer coach for 30 years, and nothing beats the fulfillment of mentoring young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field. Professionally, I’ve spent almost 10 years in the mortgage industry, guiding families through one of the most important decisions of their lives—homeownership. I also have over a decade of experience in the insurance sector, where my focus has always been on educating clients so they feel confident and informed about their choices. Whether it’s on the field or in business, my purpose remains the same: to serve and uplift those around me through education and support.
